The Summer Contest

- You may not simply steal another wallpaper from a person and call it yours. Also, you may not use an almost done image and add one texture on top and call it yours. Please make it as original as possible.
- You must have our copyright as stated above.
- Only one design per person.
- Your designs must be at or below a PG-13 rating.
- Your wallpaper will be added to the Hikaru Hoshi database for public viewing and downloading. However, credit will be given to you.
- Public voting cheating will be tracked and automatically get you kicked out of the race. This may include: using proxy sites to mask your IP address, spamming other people's sites to vote for you, and the like.
- You must add the banner to your site. It must be viewable on a majority of your pages. Your submission will not be added unless the banner is up.
- Your submission must be on time. Wallpapers and avatars submitted after midnight on July 30th will not be accepted.
The Prizes
First Place: One free .com, .net or .org website with free hosting from me for one year. After your year is up, you are responsible for any fees. Please use a WhoIs lookup, such as at GoDaddy.com, to make sure your name is avaliable. I will contact the winner immediately to ask for your order since it takes a while. The first place winner will also get a banner rotation, a chance for sibblingship, and a graphic trophy/award.Second Place: Half price for a domain name of your choosing. This will be $5. Payment would be through paypal. Also, your choice of a small plan with your own cpanel, or a larger plan through my main hosting, without a cPanel. This is all optional, of course. You will also get a chance for sibblingship or affiliation, and a graphic award/trophy.
Third Place and On: You will all get an offer for hosting, along with a participated award. Domains are avaliable to purchase at $10.
