Siblings are the websites that are the closest to Hikaru Hoshi. All owners of these sites must know the staff fairly well beforehand and have a site comparable to Hikaru Hoshi. A link exchange is what it sounds like, the bare minimum. Our sites do not need to relate or keep in constant contact, although that would be nice. This is meant for sites that do not exactly compare to Hikaru Hoshi, in either a good or bad way, but would like recognition on the site. Applications are almost always accepted when there is room.
